Mr. Boast is a Director and co-founder of Everest. Nigel is a Canadian Citizen, a resident of Kelowna for the last 20 years. Nigel has the following academic qualifications: BSc., (zoology and biochemistry), LLB, and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Business and a US Project Management Institute (PMI) member. He is also a British Commonwealth Attorney and Trade Mark Attorney and was a partner in a Law Firm and also worked for Deloitte’s Australian and Midlands Bank in Australia. He also has qualifications and certifications in the Canadian Food Safety and Enhancement Program (pre-requisite programs) BCIT, and Hazard Critical Control Points Planning HACCP (NSF). These qualifications, along with his legal training are required in the Canadian Cannabis industry for quality control and regulatory compliance.
He is President and CEO of Growth West Finance Ltd, Kelowna BC., a firm that specialized in financing technology start-ups since 2002. He was the co-founder and CEO of Viroforce Systems Inc., a BC Biotech company for nine years which developed a disruptive mobile gaseous disinfection technology. During this time, he was also the scientific project manager and was responsible for assisting in setting up a state of the art R&D biotech laboratory in Vancouver. More recently in the last 4 years, his company has specialized in consulting to the Canadian Federal Government Cannabis Industry in licensing, regulatory compliance and business plans for funding of legal cannabis operations.

Mr. Hatch is a Director and co-founder of Everest. Robert, a resident of Kelowna for the last 13 years, graduated with a BSc. (Hons) Technology (Major) with Marketing (Minor), from the University of Central Lancashire, Preston, UK. His work experience includes military service in the Royal Air Force, Supply Squadron, Logistics, Manual and (early) Computerized stock control systems based in the UK and Germany over 5 years. After that time, he worked as a Senior Inventory Management Specialist for British Aerospace (Now BAE Systems) Trainer to Royal Saudi Air Force personnel, based in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia in all aspects of military supply procedures such as Cargo manifests, Customs, Stock & Batch control, Computer systems.
From 1993 to 1998 he also worked as a Senior Manager and advisor to Guardian Royal Exchange (Now AXA insurance) in the UK and was an Independent Financial advisor in Kuwait. After that time from 1999 to 2001, Rob was the International Sales Manager in developing a global distribution network for new Satellite Communication systems on the manufacturer of Military spec equipment and software, with a high-level security clearance. During this time, he also set up large global distribution channels for reselling the equipment. Later, after acquiring and selling a successful hotel chain in the UK, Rob and his family immigrated to Canada in 2005. Since that time, he has founded and successfully ran several businesses culminating with several condominium rental properties in Big White.

Mr. Leboe is a Director and co-founder of Everest. Ben is a Canadian citizen with a business degree from the University of British Columbia, is a Certified Management Consultant and a retired Business Valuator/Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA). Mr. Leboe was most recently Chief Financial Officer of Uranerz Energy Corporation, listed on NYSE American and TSX before that company merged with Energy Fuels Inc... (EFR.TO). During his nine years at Uranerz, Mr. Leboe also held positions as Uranerz' Ethics Officer, Corporate Secretary, Principal Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining Uranerz in 2006, he was a Senior Consultant, Management Consulting, of the Business Development Bank of Canada from 2005 to 2006. Previously, from 1995 to 2005 he was a Director, Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer and Treasurer of numerous public companies in Canada and the U.S.A. Mr. Leboe has been Principal, Independent Management Consultants of British Columbia, since 1990. He was a Partner of KPMG and its predecessor firms from 1978 to 1990.
The Corporation has recruited an experienced and highly qualified Analytical Chemist, who is a BSc. graduate from UBC, and who lives locally. He has many years of analytical chemistry experience in managing laboratory staff in the natural products industry. He will be the Quality Assurance Manager and Manager of Technical Operations and will also assist in some of the preparatory work in setting up the processing facility. He will be responsible for the preparation and execution of extraction and processing of product to ensure consistency and efficacy of product through quality control testing and procedures, to follow all defined Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and scientific SOPs (standard operating procedures) to meet full regulatory compliance with Health Canada.
